Giant Squids
Most mollusks have one pair, or even one gill which looks like feathers. Even though they look like feathers, they have filaments on one side. The filaments divide the mantle cavity so water enters near the bottom and exits at the top. The filaments have three cilia, two of which clean the gills, and the other is used to drive water through the cavity. Each gill has a blood vessel attached going to the hemocoel & one outgoing to the heart.
